Calling all writers!

 

We are seeking short plays around the theme "Hope". Whether it's finding it, losing it or maintaining it, we want to see your stories. Whatever hope (or lack thereof) means to you, we look forward to any genre of its exploration.

 

We will select up to eight scripts for further development, including staged readings and full production in May of 2019. The May production will be directed by Danica O'Neill.

 

Guidelines for your Hope Submission(s) are:

- No more than 4 actors

-Simple or abstracted setting

-No more than 12 pages

-Submissions must include only first initial and last name of author. No bios are to be included.

-Multiple submissions are allowed

-Digital submissions only to ixionensemble@gmail.com

-Deadline is 5 p.m September 30, 2018.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Based upon feedback from writers, we have eliminated the requirement for unproduced scripts.
