   Anthony was born in San Francisco, but now lives with his wife, actress Katherine Clarvoe, and two sons in New York City and the Midwest.

 

His plays include: AMBITION FACING WEST, WALKING OFF THE ROOF, THE BROTHERS KARAMAZOV, THE LIVING, LET'S PLAY TWO, SHOW AND TELL, PICK UP AX and his translations of Ibsen's THE WILD DUCK  and GHOSTS.
